Sign documents on your  mobile phone with a hands-free signature app for delivery notes and documents that the delivery person needs, and so do business with customers more efficiently and securely. If the delivery of a parcel fails the delivery person can indicate this, and your signature is automatically stored electronically on the delivery note. 

Resolve complaints quickly and easily. PowerLogistics allows you to resolve complaints about damage or other inconveniences immediately after delivery. Mark the product as rejected due to a complaint via the interface. You take a photo of the damage via the app, which attaches the photo to the relevant delivery note. 

Scan the code on a parcel or group of parcels to find out which delivery note and customer it belongs to. This will give you a list of the products in a delivery note. For larger orders, you have the option of signing several orders at the same time. The attached documents are available in PDF format. 

The database is directly connected to the ERP system, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which enables synchronised operation with the modular solution PowerLogistics. All documents, signatures, deliveries and receivables are available in a single system.
